Cooperative Extension faculty in land-grant universities have developed and evaluated an unusually parent-friendly series. Capitalizing on the “teachable moment,” monthly “just in timenewsletters are delivered -- keyed to the age of each parent’s child.  For example, the month their baby is 5-months-old, parents receive the newsletter focusing on the development of 5-month-olds.
